“Here is the foot of a tree.
Here is an empty, quiet place.
Here is the cool green of the grass.
Why don’t you sit down?
Earth will transmit to you her solidity,
her peace, and her joy.”
Thich Nhat Hahn
Monday evenings in May, we will gather in nature to practice “earth touching.” Our gatherings will intertwine earth connection and nature exploration, philosophy, writing, conversation, silent breath meditation, hypnosis and sacred sound- sound baths and vibration. We will meet outside in an orchard. If it rains, we will meet in a spacious greenhouse.
